    If your ballasts are tested, you should check the low voltage side as well as the transformer. Start by removing the current nuts from the black and Caucasian wire running from the side PSU to the ballast. Touch the volt-ohm meter test leads with the black and white wire. If the ballast is good, this will indicate the continuation of the chain. Otherwise, you need to replace it.

When using a DMM, the digital display will often show “1” when there is a possibility that no measurable resistance has been found.

      Set the main multimeter to ohms. Select “X1K” if your multimeter is sure to have multiple resistance values ​​set.
